Huh. Windows 7/8/10/11?
I had one client's ancient laptop last year that just wouldn't start OneDrive on login so I made a shortcut to do it. But that's about it for OneDrive problems lately. (Confusion no, lol. MS is so awful with documentation and confusing marketing.)
