[dba-Tech] Boot to command line in Windows 7

Windows password is not particularly secure.  A few years back I broke into
a laptop "locked" by a drunk friend... for an instructor using an app on a
usb stick.  It just "found" the password.  No idea more than that...

It was 6 years ago so you are going to have to google how it works for
yourself but I did it.
