[dba-Tech] Rotten emails

They are almost certainly coming fro multiple comprmoised email computers/email 
accounts via a botnet so there is no point in trying to report them to anyone.

The best you can do is flag them as spam. If the body content is always the same, they 
should soon get blocked.
