Yes, you create a bootable CD or USB stick with it. just follow the instructions on the site.

I used to keep a bootable CD but now I carry a bootable USB version in my computer bag 
all the time. I've used it a few times to reboot and  get into both workstations and servers 
with unknown passwords :)
