No. That said, we use iPhones exclusively for that very reason - to not
bother.

As for 2FA/MFA - learn to live with it. It is here to stay and adds
tremendous security.
If you haven't added 2FA to your mail account, do it now. Seriously.

Microsoft offers a neat app for the purpose. It also works for most other
2FA tasks - no need to use Google or third-party apps.
