[dba-Tech] CrashpadHandler.exe

Dear List(s):

In my Task Manager processes I have several instance of
CrachPadHandler.exe. as well as several folders labeled CRASHPAD.

I haven't been able to determine from the internets whether this is a legit
bunch of processes, and whether the files are needed, or desirable. The
writeups are equivocal.

Can anyone shed light on these crashpad handlers?
