[dba-Tech] SQL standards

I haven't worked with SQL in a long time. I'm reviewing some basic
statements, SELECT, JOIN, and UNION. Does anyone know if anything
significant has changed since SQL-92? I'm not concerned with additional
options, just the basics. 

 

I can't imagine that they'd change the basics, but thought I'd ask before I
commit myself to something that might prove more difficult than I want to
fool with.
