Rocky, please send me a quote offline and I'm curious how much time getting it up and running do you think it would require? 

QuickBooks really might be all she needs right now though.

The MRP system I wrote years ago would seem to be a good answer - does what you're asking for. I wrote it specifically for small companies. But I don't know if it's within their budget.  If you want to discuss off line let me know.
