[dba-Tech] Recommended free software: was Re: Office security issue CVE-2023-23397

Seeing these lists and their references to various PDF-writing and -reading
tools, I wonder if there exists an opposite tool -- one that can open a PDF
and save its contents as, say, a Word file. Anyone know of such a beast?
