These are my current settings.
Seems I have adjusted all of them at one time or another.

Scale =  150% (Recommended)
Display resolution  3840 X 2160 (Recommended)
30 Hz
Text Size 166%

What resolution and scaling are you using?

At High Resolutions, I find that I have to go to one higher than the
recommended scaling to avoid eye strain in several applications (including
Access property boxes).
