[dba-Tech] Windows 11 blows up after upgrade

"Does anyone know how to reinstall windows 10? My laptop updated and
installed windows 11 and now all I get when I turn it on is a black screen
and a cursor. A couple of times I let the battery die then started it
plugged in and was able to get it to work. Today I tried it and black
screen! I've got work to do!!"

This is from a high school friend? Any help? She can't get to restore when
rebooting.
