Good to see you're using a PW Mgr. So you can just check everything and it will stay checked unless you do a reset.
Balanced tracking prevention - being a MS cynic I'd guess that means they track everything they want and google can't 😉
If you don't want any tracking use the DuckDuckGo browser.

I use bitwarden so no saved passwords on the computer.
I have noticed that Edge will sometimes bloat and I don't see a correlation between the RAM it's using and the number of tabs open.
MS has pre-selected Balanced Tracking Prevention. Any advice there?
