[dba-Tech] Fwd: Frustrating

We block it as malware. I don't know how it is now, but it started out as a pushy, scammy forced download that showed up everywhere. If that’s where they started, where are they headed? There's so many other browsers available besides the big 3. Vivaldi was mentioned. Opera is now chromium based and so on and so forth and yada yada.
