Windows scripting host is a tool, nothing more.  That's like saying you find
knives evil because someone got stabbed.

The only problem with that is I view the Windows Scripting Host as
EVIL.  It ranks right up there with HTML email and Outlook on my list of
EVIL things (IMNSHO).  I know there are some API calls to create
shortcuts, but what I've seen has some limitations.  I'm just looking
for a A Better Way.
