:D, Ah I found my answer on that gotdotnet site, which pointed me to the correct Framework page at MS go figure ;o) http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframework/technologyinfo/sysreqs/default.aspx as it turns out it's all of the above w/ Win95 not included but that wasn't on my list anyways.
