[dba-VB] VS keyboard

I have differences between the keyboard shortcuts on my laptop and on my
desktop.  On my laptop, Shft F8 steps code whereas on the desktop it is not
a menu item in debug and the shortcut does not work.  I suspect that I told
VS to use the old shortcuts somehwo (on my laptop) but I cannot seem to find
it on the desktop.  Any clues?
