[dba-VB] VS2008: Report events

That works much better when you're using SQL Server.  It's not real
useful if your BE is Access.  We don't force our clients to use SQL,
although we recommend it.

And, all of that can be duplicated in SQL Server Reporting Services
which is included with SQL Server since 2000.

I am currently converting a very large Access application to ASP.net.
And I will be using reporting services for all of the reporting.
