It's funny - in fact this sentence Спасибо г-н (Thank you, Sir) is very rarely used here - you would hear more often:

- спасибо, товарищ (thank you, friend) or
- спасибо, молодой человек (thank you, young man) or
- спасибо, мужчина (thank you, man) or
- спасибо, уважаемый (thank you, respected man)

etc.
