Hi Doug,

OK, when you'll make the report you can send the sources to me and I will make them uploaded(/committed) to our SVN server. Please do not forget to deliver the text of View/Stored Procedure (if any) together with your sources.

BTW, you can have a look at screenshots on how to make a simple (parameterized) report using MS ReportViewer Control:
