Hey John,

Did you install the SQL Client Tools?  I was just reading something about
this today.  I think the SMO stuff is installed with the client tools.  I am
not positive though.  If this does not solve your issue, I'll see if I can
find that reference tomorrow.

A perfectly functioning application has all kinds of compile errors after
the SQL Server install.  A 
bunch of Microsoft.SQLServer.XXX references had to be deleted and
rereferenced.  The sole remaining 
issue that I still haven't gotten around is the Transfer object, supposedly
part of the SMO object 
is suddenly gone missing.  And I was using that to copy a database and all
of its internal objects.

Sigh.
