[dba-VB] SQL Server 2008 install broke my application

Hey John,

Did you install the SQL Client Tools? I was just reading something about
this today. I think the SMO stuff is installed with the client tools. I am
not positive though. If this does not solve your issue, I'll see if I can
find that reference tomorrow.

A perfectly functioning application has all kinds of compile errors after
the SQL Server install. A
bunch of Microsoft.SQLServer.XXX references had to be deleted and
rereferenced. The sole remaining
issue that I still haven't gotten around is the Transfer object, supposedly
part of the SMO object
is suddenly gone missing. And I was using that to copy a database and all
of its internal objects.
