I have changed location of NorthwindNety Data Service to:
http://shamils-4.hosting.parking.ru/NorthwindNetDataService/NWNetDS.svc
still no solution for
This collection already contains an address with scheme http. There can be at most one address per scheme in this collection.
Parameter name: item
