[dba-VB] SCRUM - Source code control

Mark sent an email about his setting up a source code server but I cannot for the life of me find 
it.  It told where to go to download the SCC software, how to connect to the server instance etc. 
If someone could please forward that to me with SCRUM - SCC in the subject that would be great.
