[dba-VB] ReportViewer and report design

Yes, I'm trying it in both 2005 Express and 2008 Express.
Still have errors.

Maybe I'll just have to buy VS2008 Pro and get it over with.
Even if I do, I wasn't born with knowledge on how to use it
whether you give me a week or a month.

This is my first jump. Let's just do it.
