[dba-VB] Calling SP with params from C# sample

Hi John,

The order of parameters' creation on C# side doesn't matter, name and
datatype and size do matter. There could be some variations for the latter
two but better keep them in strict correspondence.

Hi Shamil,

I assume that the parameters on the C# side have to be in the same order /
name / datatype / size as
the parameters in the stored procedure?
