I have a project where I was requested to implement something like the
following map search/navigation

in an ASP.NET application. The customer is a small company, and they can't
currently afford Google Maps API rates for commercial usage.

 

Do you know any economic alternatives/third-party tools as e.g. on the
referred web page?

BTW, do you know what tools used for map navigation on that referred above
web page?
