[dba-VB] Touchless API

I'm trying to discover how to process video streams from a usb camera.  There are a TON of programs 
and even things to allow you to automatically post files to YouTube and the like, but I want to 
actually be able to capture the stream from C# - either a single frame or a video clip.

I just don't have enough to keep me busy!  ;)
