[dba-VB] C# / SQL Server - Is anyone doing ebay programming?

I live in the old "furniture center" of the US.  I have a business opportunity to ebay furniture 
overruns.  I need to know what is possible to do with EBay automation of:

1) Placing the listing
2) Monitoring the listing
3) Understanding if payment has been received (paypal only for now)
4) Tracking fees etc.
5) Everything I haven't even thought of.

Is anyone in this group doing this?
