but I have got for FF 3.6.13

www.cacert.org uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate can't be trusted, as the certificate publisher can't be
trusted.
(Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer) 

Not a big issue - I can try to register but I will get a certificate which
will not be trusted by FF?
