[dba-VB] How to find a programming contractor

This is an excellent place to start, Doug. I'm in the right time zone
limits, and I also like the estimated work-load. But I'm sure not to be the
only one to express an interest in the gig. I don't suppose that Canada is
off-shore :) One question: does "C#/Silverlight/ASP.NET" mean that various
components are written in each of these?
