[dba-VS] Converting PDF into Excel

To all,

Our company currently pays (a minor amount) to be able to convert PDF's to
Excel, does anyone know how to do this in VB.net even if it involves buying
a 3rd party DLL and more to the point anyone done this already and can
guide with pro's and con's etc.
