[AccessD] Error Handler Add-in

Have you checked the VSTO to see if it's included in the Access
extensions there?  I don't have it on this machine, so I can't check
here.

Yes, as far as I know, it's only available in the developer edition, and
since there isn't a developer edition for 2003, I suspect it's just
disappeared. I haven't been able to find it as a regular feature.

I suspect it is ONLY available with Office XP Developer Edition.
