[AccessD] MSAccess XP to SQL2005 Backend

Be forewarned that some of the coolest new capabilities in SQL 2005 will be
off limits to your Access apps, including table UDFs and schemas and Common
Table Expressions (CTEs). But if you avoid using these, you should be fine.
