[AccessD] Microsoft LightSwitch moves to HTML5

Very Interesting, and completely confusing!  I couldn't tell if the thing
is a part of Visual Studio or a standalone download.  I see no mention of
it in the Visual Studio 2012 pages, but it looks like you're stuck with C#
if you want to use it and avoid java script.  Wonder if it works with VS
Express?
