[dba-SQLServer]Torn page

I get an error entering data into a table of my billing database - "insert
failed - torn page detected".  If I go into the table I am attempting to
enter data in,. nothing but #error# in all fields.  Relinked table, same
thing.

Is this reparable?  If so how?
