[dba-SQLServer] Shrinking Log File

OK, Now I have tried the following in Query Analyser:

DBCC SHRINKFILE (2, 150)

This came up with the following error message in the messages pane:

Cannot shrink log file 2 (egasSQLLtdbe_log) because all logical log 
files are in use.

How do I free up logical log files?
