[AccessD] Secured vs. Unsecured FEs

Thank you all for your input.  You're a great 
crew!  Some really good ideas, as well as 
stiffening of resolve that I am at least on 
the right track.

It's Thursday afternoon here and I'm off for 
a break over Easter, heading into the alps 
to remind myself what it's all about.
