[AccessD] Woe unto Run-time - I need your input

If I remember right... The runtime, by default includes internet
explorer 5 (which is the biggest part). 

See MSDN article "Q243957 Access 2000 Run-Time Minimum Now Available for
Download"

I have not tried it myself and its still pretty big but it is an
improvement...

list and I'm sure someone'll be able to help you. We've certainly had
discussions about these issues before. It's a bit quiet on Sundays but
