[AccessD] Outlook's annoying habits

How does the mail actaully go out. If through Echange Server , is it 
set up as an SMTP Server? Do you need to keep a Copy To Self in the 
users email client?

If you can use SMTP, try bypassing Outlook and take a look at Blat.
