Lambert, Thanks for your reply. Isn't that the same as referencing the open record from the form? For example: Me.Hours111 = Forms!frmPayroll!F_shift1 + Forms!frmPayroll!f_shift2 + Forms!frmPayroll!f_shift3 I need to be able to loop through the recordset created by the query and then print the report.
