[AccessD] Break into mdb

Put the three files into a directory then create a shortcut depending on 
your directories

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\MSACCESS.EXE" /wrkgrp 
"N:\DBFile\system.mdw" "N:\DBFile\DBApplication.mdb"
