[AccessD] POLL: Access Security

I have heard rumblings Microsoft is supposed to bring out a new revised 
help format, supposedly work started on it last March.
They canned all the work on Help 2.0 . It is supposed to look like the 
Office 2003 Help with attachments to webservices like google
