[AccessD] OT: Outlook Rules

Jeanine,	If I read you correctly, you want the recipient to see the mail as
coming from a 'different' sender.

I'm not aware of a way to do this using 'Rules', however you may want to
look into 'Profiles'. You can create multiple profiles. When you open
outlook you would select the profile, and all mail sent during that session
would be from that sender. You still receive all incoming mail as it is not
dependent on profile (just be careful with the reply button). *Warning* -
this can lead to an identity complex.

HTH,
Ron

Thanks for the info but actually what I want to do is set up a rule for when
I send a message - not when I receive a message. Any ideas on that?

Go into the Rules Wizard, add a new rule and make the following choices:

First Panel: Move new messages from someone [NEXT]
Second Panel: With specific words in the subject [NEXT]
Third Panel: Forward it to people or distribution list [NEXT]
Fourth Panel: Set up any exceptions [FINISH]

When you make choices in the second and third panels, there will be some
hyperlinked (blue underlined) text in the white box at the bottom. Click on
those to set up the words to look for and the address to forward the item
to.

Off topic question here:

I want to set up a rule to send messages from a particular account if a
certain word is in the subject line. Is there any way to do this? I have a
work address that I'd like to use from home without having to click options
and send using on every message I send.

Thanks!!
