[AccessD] Resource Scheduling Applications

I have been given the task by higher ups to either develop or find resource
scheduling software (i.e. booking of conference rooms).  Does anyone have
any programs for this already, or know of any that I can obtain (i.e. free
or cheap - less than $200).
