Careful doing this with newer laptops... I just did this same thing with a Compaq (bought it, dumped WinXP Home, installed Win2K Pro). Turns out that some of the new screens only have drivers for WinXP, and they will not install at all under Win2K. I had to return the laptop because a WinXP Pro upgrade was not feasible at the time for various reasons. Mark -----Original Message----- From: Steven W.
