Aha! Thanks again Gustav. Loosely speaking then it appears that it returns a list of local tables, normal and hidden that are NOT system or temporary tables ("~TMPCLP462861" and the like) - hmmm I must have been trying to produce some documentation, or more likely .... Ahaha! Now I get it, I was building a form that produced exportable xmlschema! This should have been the datasource for the table select combo! See, I told me that I should write the documentation BEFORE the code. :-) Thanks again Bruce -----Original Message----- From: accessd-bounces at databaseadvisors.com [mailto:accessd-bounces at databaseadvisors.com] On Behalf Of Gustav Brock Sent: Saturday, 12 July 2003 7:21 PM To: Access Developers discussion and problem solving Subject: Re: [AccessD] MSysObjects flag values Hi Bruce 0 is no flags which means an internal table. 8 means a hidden and internal table. /gustav > For some reason, and it looks like this was not implemented anywhere, > I was developing a query that seleceted the local table rows ( > Type=1) from MSysObjects where the Flag field values where 0 or 8. > I was wondering, and this is JUST an "I was wondering" question, what > the flag values mean.
