Hi William:

That is an unfair comparison. Netscape was crushed because MS integrated
their browser into their OS systems, an area that they had already
completely dominated. They tried to dominate Java and failed. Maybe if they
freely integrate their .net technologies and development platforms into
their Operating Systems.... They got away with it once... but twice, would
probably spell the end of MS as we know it.

wanted a piece of the action? ...PHP will be no match if MS really decides
to push .net ...which it appears to have done ...every MSDN and TechNet
session covers Net along with 2003 now.
