[AccessD] Using Global Connctions

"Global variables should be used where they need to be used, no more, no
less"... well 'duh' but it doesn't make it "crystal clear". If I knowingly use a
hammer when a screwdriver is needed (and I have a screwdriver), I would be a
pretty stupid person. On the same token, those who abuse global variables think
they are needed in their case, otherwise they would not be using them. Why
program something when it isn't needed? The fact is, global variables are rarely
needed and should be rarely used. That's crystal clear.

This crystal clear statement should be assimilated by everyone.
Thanks Drew!
