[AccessD] DAO Version

If for whatever reason DAO 3.6 is installed, it seems to deregister DAO 
3.51,
so you have to Regsvr32.exe "YourPath\Dao350.dll" and reset your references.
There was a couple of MSKB's on these but I can't find them.
I think if you upgrade your OS from Win 95 to WinXP this occurs.
