[AccessD] Mouse wheel does not work in VBA window

Actually I'd say that as a developer you should load mouse wheel software.
Because then you'll know how your application behaves in the real world,
where almost everyone else uses wheel mice. How else are you going to test
if the measures you put in place to stop Access navigating to different
records work when the user idly twiddles the wheel?
