[AccessD] Does API Playsound plays MP3/WMA to?

Bericht...how did you manage that Lembit ...I get an error if I spec anything other than a wav file?

    Does anyone know if the PlaySound API library also plays MP3/WMA files or only WAV?
    I like to use this API for reasons of speed. It plays files instantly with any load delay, which is crucial for my app.
    And for not beeing a control that needs to be installed on a pc.
